A week had passed, it’s 2021.
When I stepped into the lobby waiting for the elevator I noticed she was still there… sitting at the same spot.
She must have gone astray.

She’s here for a month now, started noticing her early December of 2020. It was amusing actually, she made me smile and preoccupied while waiting for the elevator door to open and swallow me back to the new normal.
She knew and practiced social distancing, as she’s seated on the same spot and didn’t even bother loiter around to look for her master.
It must have been a sad feeling… she spent her Christmas and New Year waiting in vain…

She is still smiling.
